There are a few different ways you can find out your units item number.

1. You can locate the item number on your unit on the bottom left corner of your user manual's cover page.

2. On the Second page of the user manual, you can also find the item number of your unit on the bottom left corner.

3. The serial number located on the barcode sticker that is placed on the front or rear stabilizer of your unit will also show the item number. The bottom row or 15 digit number would be the serial number and the 7th to the 10th number will be your item number.

4. If you are still unable to find the item number of your unit, please send a photo of your unit and any other questions or concerns you may have to service@paradigmhw.com and one of our customer service reps will reply once available.
